📋 Description

• Lead strategic organizational talent and succession planning, facilitating resulting development
• Manage and develop a regional team of talent specialists supporting delivery and execution of

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related HR
• Strong facilitation skills for effective leadership development, employee development, and
• Proven ability to develop and implement talent programs and manage change across diverse regional
• Strategic thinker who can balance vision with operational excellence and tactical execution.
