📋 Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the NYHQ facility and provide direction to other US sites
  • Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and janitorial contracts
  • Oversee and coordinate the NYHQ food and beverage program, including catering and pantry
  • Lead project management of workplace initiatives (office moves, budgeting, maintenance)
  • Drive strategic cost optimization initiatives, including auditing vendor invoices and budget adherence
  • Develop and manage budgets for all WP needs

🎯 Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Slack
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical, base building mechanical systems, and HVAC
  • Proven ability to work across multiple locations (e.g., NYHQ, Linden, Woodinville)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Onsite work Monday–Friday in NYHQ
