Sr. Marketing Data Analytics

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, setup, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns, with a strong focus
• Work with Customer Success to translate advertiser goals into strategies and identify opportunities
• Develop a deep understanding of Jampp’s products and ML-driven optimization models, including
• Independently investigate performance issues across model behavior, supply, attribution, tracking
• Design, execute, and own structured experiments, defining hypotheses and success metrics and
• Use SQL, BI platforms, and AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to independently analyze data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or another relevant
• 5+ years of experience in performance advertising, AdTech, growth, data analytics, or a related
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns, including CPA or
• Strong understanding of performance measurement, attribution, optimization models, and data-driven
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience designing and owning experiments that delivered measurable performance
