🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in software development, with a track record of successful project
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Java languages and technologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading or working within AI-native / AI-augmented engineering teams —
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
