Sr. National Training Manager – Patient Services Access and Reimbursement Team

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions that increase participant effectiveness
• Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction, feedback, and strong
• Leverage existing Learning and Development platforms and Franchise training content to reduce
• Communicate directly and openly with key stakeholders to foster positive relationships and mutual
• Provide candid, specific verbal and written feedback to training participants, including strengths
• Assess participant skill levels and adjust coaching and training techniques to meet individual

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
• Proven experience developing and using core learning and teaching platforms (i.e. PowerPoint
• Three or more years of pharmaceutical field experience as an Account Executive or Field
• Prior experience leading projects with regional or national impact.
• Experience working within and using a learning management system (LMS).
