Sr. Onboarding Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise onboarding: own the transition lifecycle for enterprise and high-AUM advisor groups
• Coordinate complex transitions with Compliance, Legal, IT, Client Service, and Product
• Enable early adoption by delivering initial training and resources for advisors on Savvy's software
• Deliver speed to revenue by onboarding advisors quickly and acting as day-to-day contact
• Monitor and report on transition progress and risk, coordinating with Client Servicing Team
• Raise the bar for the team by building playbooks, templates, and tracking transition speed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, project management, onboarding, or a related
• Track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders and business impact
• Strong client relationship skills, building trust and clear communication
• Ability to turn complex information into clear guidance, presentations, and training
• Collaborative, low-ego approach with strong ownership
• Strong organization and prioritization skills to manage workstreams and deadlines
