• Identify, analyze, and support improvements in safety, quality, productivity, logistics, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, Supply
• 5+ years of industrial engineering experience with developing expertise in capacity planning, work
• Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., A3, 8D, root cause analysis)
• Skilled in data analysis using Excel and SQL; developing proficiency in visualization tools (e.g.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across technical and
