Sr Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage multi-state processing and reporting, including state tax registrations, withholding
• Maintain payroll system accuracy, including earnings codes, deductions, tax configurations, and pay
• Process and validate payroll results, balancing gross-to-net calculations, reconciliations, and
• Review and analyze employee master data, time and attendance, and variable pay inputs for
• Reconcile payroll results, support general ledger accuracy, and identify discrepancies.
• Support payroll close, tax filings, and year-end reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
• CPP designation with PayrollOrg highly preferred
• 7+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
• Strong experience with multi-state payroll and complex tax scenarios
• Proficiency with ADP or SAP payroll systems highly preferred.
• Experience with supporting payroll system conversion or HCM implementation
