Sr. Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for the UK and Ireland, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Support payroll review and coordination across additional countries, including France, Germany
• Review payroll inputs, calculations, variances, and final outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with CloudPay and local payroll providers to resolve discrepancies and manage
• Support statutory reporting, tax compliance, and month-end and year-end payroll requirements.
• Perform payroll reconciliations, validation checks, and documented controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, ideally within a multinational organization.
• Strong hands-on UK and Ireland payroll experience is essential.
• Experience managing payroll across multiple countries and working with third-party payroll
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, statutory reporting, reconciliations, and controls.
• Experience with Workday and CloudPay or comparable HRIS and global payroll platforms.
