📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leadership of the assigned unit on organizational
• Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with growth targets, ensuring the
• Architect and champion organizational design initiatives to build leaner, optimized models—such as
• Lead comprehensive change management and communication strategies for restructures, mapping
• Drive peak-season performance evaluation, calibration, and promotion review sessions at leadership
• Partner with Compensation and leadership on annual compensation planning, equity audits, and talent

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR / People Business Partner experience, ideally supporting fast-paced
• Strategic & Operational Balance: Proven ability to shift seamlessly between high-level
• Change Agility: Demonstrated experience leading large-scale organizational transformations
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical capability to interpret HR metrics, talent data, and
