🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR/PBP supporting
• Strong judgment and ability to independently manage day-to-day people and organizational challenges.
• Skilled coach and business partner who can build credibility, influence leaders, and navigate
• Strong ownership and execution, with the ability to turn ambiguous needs into practical solutions
• Ability to use data and business context to identify trends, develop recommendations, and inform
