Sr. People Operations and Systems Generalist

📋 Description

• Own Workday processes for People Ops, from requirements to configuration and rollout
• Manage semi-annual Workday releases and improve existing processes
• Collaborate with Workday Product Analyst on larger tech projects
• Build ad hoc tools (Sheets, JIRA workflows) to close gaps
• Prototype People Ops tools with Lovable and Claude for fast timelines
• Oversee day-to-day Workday data, EIBs, and security/process escalations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in People Ops or systems in fast-growing orgs
• Deep Workday HCM expertise; full lifecycle ownership
• Familiar with no-code/low-code tools (Lovable, Claude)
• Experience with JIRA Help Desk, Greenhouse, CultureAmp
• Strong data, reporting, and confidentiality handling
• Google Sheets proficiency with vlookups and pivot tables
