🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in performance marketing or digital media strategy (CTV a plus)
• Strong track record owning optimization strategy and complex challenges
• Comfortable leading discussions with internal teams and customers
• Proven ability to use AI to accelerate diagnostics and ideation
• Data-driven, turning findings into actionable strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field
