📋 Description

• Lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, including
• Develop and execute tailored negotiation strategies for high-value transactions and enterprise-wide
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate legal, commercial, operational, and financial risks throughout the
• Advise Supply Chain and business stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, negotiation
• Manage contractual negotiations involving key suppliers across professional services, IT hardware

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with at least eight years of relevant experience in law, supply chain
• Extensive experience reviewing, drafting, interpreting, and negotiating complex commercial
• Demonstrated ability to lead sophisticated, high-value, non-standard, or high-risk negotiations
• Strong understanding of contractual risk identification, evaluation, mitigation, and escalation
• Familiarity with commercial terms and conditions, nondisclosure agreements, master agreements
• Experience negotiating agreements involving professional services, IT hardware and software
