Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead complex cross-organization technical programs across R&D and company
• Drive alignment across engineering, product, business, legal, information security, policy
• Own program plans, schedules, resourcing strategies and change management across multiple
• Drive company-level accountability for commitments, dependencies and critical milestones
• Define success metrics for large-scale initiatives
• Lead strategic technical discussions around scalability, reliability, availability and operational

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science or related field
• 12-15+ years managing complex software or hardware/software delivery
• 2-3 years as a technical individual contributor or equivalent technical depth
• Proven record leading high-risk programs with executive visibility
• Experience leading programs with multiple TPMs and engineering organizations
• Experience driving alignment and accountability without direct authority

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range: $207,000 - $331,200 USD
