Conduct Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) of advanced chemical systems and recommend controls to
Evaluate equipment overpressure/overtemperature scenarios and reaction hazards
Perform/oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), as well as risk
Implement and field validate safety-critical instruments and interlocks during Pre-Startup Safety
Implement a Process Safety Management (PSM) program and ensure compliance with all pillars of PSM

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in process safety or chemical engineering
5+ years’ experience with design and commissioning chemical systems
