📋 Description

• Own inbound product licensing: Structure, draft, and negotiate the agreements through which Rubrik
• Be the legal owner for Product and Engineering: Serve as day-to-day counsel to the Product Teams
• Own the cloud service provider alliances: Lead legal workstreams with Rubrik's three strategic
• Own the AI partnerships: Lead legal for Rubrik's relationships with AI model providers and AI
• Lead strategic alliances: Structure and negotiate joint development, co-innovation, technology
• Support Cloud Marketplaces: Partner with the Cloud Marketplace team on listing terms, private

🎯 Requirements

• JD and active bar membership, with 6+ years of technology transactions experience, including at
• You do this work today, at a senior level, at a SaaS company: you own the agreements for
• You have negotiated directly with or against the legal teams of the major hyperscale cloud service
• You have negotiated AI model or AI platform agreements, or are deeply familiar with the issues they
• You can hold your own with a well-resourced counterparty that has more leverage than you do. You
• You are comfortable in the technical weeds. You can follow an architecture discussion, understand
