Sr Product Manager - DTC

📋 Description

• Connect daily with the offshore engineering team (8:00 to 9:00 AM MT) to facilitate standups
• Run sprint planning, write user stories and acceptance criteria, assign sprint points, and lead
• Partner with UX designers to design and refine guided tools for warehouse associates across
• Work with Warehouse Operations, Client Services, and Finance to identify DTC pain points
• Analyze order, carrier, and labor data to find opportunities in carrier selection, packaging
• Turn operational problems into business cases with clear success metrics, and present tradeoffs and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning a product area in DTC
• Track record of owning a multi-quarter roadmap end to end, from discovery through launch and
• Proven experience leading engineering teams through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Working knowledge of DTC fulfillment: order orchestration, pick/pack/ship, carrier rate shopping
• Strong data skills: comfortable writing SQL in Snowflake, building analyses in Excel or Google
• Ability to influence without authority and align engineering, design, operations, and executive
