Sr. Product Manager, UI Platform - Frameworks

📋 Description

• Shape the UI Platform vision and roadmap, creating shared frontend frameworks.
• Deliver platform capabilities to boost developer productivity and performance.
• Partner with PM, Eng, Design, PMO, and DevOps to drive adoption.
• Champion platform strategy; align stakeholders on standards and best practices.
• Translate priorities into requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead AI-native PM practices using Claude to accelerate discovery and planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of PM experience owning web product strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience partnering with UX designers to deliver intuitive UX.
• Experience in Agile environments (JIRA).
• Experience across multiple SDLC phases.
• Strong collaboration across PM, Platform, Eng, Design, PMO, DevOps, and execs.
• Frontend architecture concepts: Webpack/Rspack, microfrontends, and component design systems.
