📋 Description

• Lead customer insight programs end to end, including customer advisory boards, product panels
• Develop a clear, evidence-based voice-of-customer perspective and provide strategic recommendations
• Own competitive and market intelligence across the residential real estate technology landscape
• Develop positioning frameworks, messaging architectures, buyer personas, and portfolio-level
• Translate AI capabilities into compelling, practical value propositions for business users and real
• Drive go-to-market strategy and product launches, including segmentation, pilot programs, pricing

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of product marketing experience, including ownership of an entire product line or
• Proven experience designing and managing structured customer feedback programs such as advisory
• Strong ability to facilitate discussions with senior customers and turn qualitative insights into
• Deep knowledge of residential real estate, proptech, or closely related industries.
• Demonstrated success developing portfolio-level messaging, positioning strategies, and B2B SaaS
