📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end content production for strategic events
• Coordinate speaker submissions, reviews, rehearsals, and assets
• Maintain accurate speaker portals, catalogs, and site content
• Lead cross-functional content reviews with internal/external teams
• Package event content for activations, webinars, and follow-ons using AI
• Ensure assets meet technical specs and brand requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years in event operations, content operations, or marketing programs
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams under deadlines
• Experience automating workflows with AI and event platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-service oriented
• Detail-oriented with excellent execution and collaboration skills
• Experience at large tech company or event agency
