Sr. Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex cross-divisional projects
• Lead and execute project planning discussions to define scope, objectives, success criteria, risks
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and drive stakeholder alignment
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues
• Maintain accountability for project output, quality, timelines, and deliverables
• Optimize existing project management workflows and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager supporting software product releases
• Working proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Airtable
• Technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience owning and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong prioritization skills
