Sr. Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own software projects end to end, from planning and execution through release and delivery.
• Build and maintain detailed delivery plans with clearly defined tasks, owners, milestones, and
• Track project progress regularly, identify potential delays or risks early, and drive appropriate
• Work directly with developers and QA teams to resolve blockers, maintain momentum, and ensure
• Clarify requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into clear, actionable
• Manage project scope and change requests, assessing and communicating their potential impact on

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional project management experience
• Proven experience personally managing software development projects from planning through release
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining delivery plans, monitoring progress, and following up
• Direct experience collaborating with developers, QA professionals, and business stakeholders on
• Strong organizational, follow-up, prioritization, and communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
