📋 Description

• Independently leads cross-functional project teams without direct authority, setting clear
• Manages multiple projects concurrently, balancing priorities and shared resources across the
• Ensures project requirements are clearly defined and executable
• Prepares project schedules by working with project resources on timelines for deliverables and
• Facilitates team meetings, distributes meeting minutes, and reports on action item status, risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years project management experience in a manufacturing or other technical environment
• Expert project management skills, demonstrated success with leading projects to deliver quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands
• Excellent interpersonal skills necessary for communication and negotiation, having the ability to
• Effectively communicate and work with all levels of an organization
