Sr Recruiter - Malaysia

📋 Description

• Serve as the lead recruiter supporting the establishment and growth of Intuitive’s new Malaysia
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Manufacturing, Operations, Corporate, and Senior/Executive-level
• Act as a trusted talent advisor by providing recruiting expertise, market intelligence, talent
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber talent through
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, identifying and engaging both
• Leverage recruiting data, market trends, and talent insights to inform hiring strategies, drive

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of end to end recruiting experience, that includes mid to senior/executive level
• Must have demonstrated experience with full lifecycle sourcing and recruiting for manufacturing
• Good working knowledge of systems and tools including electronic applicant tracking, database data
• A partnering, collaborative, communicative, continuous improvement perspective to be applied to
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
