Sr. Recruitment Sourcing Manager

📋 Description

• Lead recruitment delivery operations within team and across Global Delivery Centers, ensuring
• Develop and execute sourcing and hiring strategies that address evolving talent needs, workforce
• Partner with program stakeholders, delivery teams, and internal business partners to identify
• Drive team performance through coaching, development, accountability, and proactive management of
• Analyze recruitment and workforce data to identify trends, provide strategic recommendations, and
• Onboard, develop, and retain high-performing team members while promoting knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruitment experience with demonstrated success leading teams across multiple
• Proven experience managing global or offshore recruitment delivery teams in a client-facing
• Deep understanding of contingent workforce recruitment, sourcing strategy, and MSP operations.
• Experience translating workforce and operational data into strategic recommendations and business
• Strong coaching and development skills with a track record of driving results and accountability.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence within
