Sr Sales Manager - Data Centers

📋 Description

• Lead sales and account development activities for the Data Center segment, managing key customer
• Develop and execute commercial strategies for power transmission products and services, including
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customer decision-makers, working with regional
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within strategic Data Center accounts, contributing to
• Develop written strategies for pursuing high-value opportunities and provide leadership throughout
• Collaborate with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent knowledge and
• At least 10 years of direct sales, channel sales, or strategic account leadership experience.
• At least 3 years of successful sales experience within the Data Center industry, ideally involving
• Strong knowledge or experience with Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Circuit
• Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies, identify opportunities, and translate
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and ability to work cooperatively with customers

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $108,600–$181,000 USD per year.
