• Serve as an analytical business partner to Commercial leadership, providing insights and

• Develop and maintain dashboards, analytical models, and reporting tools to support performance
• Support core Sales Operations processes, including territory and quota planning, performance
• Collaborate with FP&A to conduct long-term business planning, forecasting, business reviews
• Partner with cross-functional and global teams to drive alignment and execution of key commercial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum over 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate
• Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
