Sr. Security Engineer - GRC Frameworks & AI Governance

📋 Description

• Own and scale security GRC and AI governance posture for SpaceXAI in a fast-moving environment.
• Translate control requirements into technical implementations and integrate into architecture and
• Collaborate across engineering, legal, product, and leadership to stay audit-ready across
• Lead risk assessments for AI/ML operations, cybersecurity, data privacy, and cloud deployments.
• Champion a culture of security and compliance across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, InfoSec, Cybersecurity, or STEM field.
• 8+ years in GRC, security compliance, or tech audits with hands-on GRC engineering.
• Hands-on experience implementing security frameworks in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Expert knowledge of SOC 2, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, EU AI Act.
• Experience with Compliance-as-Code and GRC automation tooling (e.g., Vanta, Drata).
• Ability to evaluate control objectives against IT/cloud configurations and work with engineers on
