Sr. Software Development Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the design and delivery of complex features, services, or workflows from problem definition
• Lead technical execution for projects within your team and coordinate dependencies with sister
• Make pragmatic decisions about APIs, data models, service boundaries, testing, observability, and
• Write production code, review designs and pull requests, and resolve difficult technical issues
• Improve reliability, performance, security, and maintainability within your team’s systems and
• Partner with Product and business stakeholders to clarify tradeoffs, sequence delivery, and connect

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, including strong expertise in distributed systems
• Experience delivering and operating production software with increasing ownership of complex
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design, APIs, data modeling, testing
• A record of leading projects within a team and collaborating effectively with sister teams to
• Ability to make and communicate technical tradeoffs, influence decisions through evidence, and work
• A hands-on approach: you write and review code, investigate production behavior, and stay
