Sr. Software Development Engineer in Test

📋 Description

• Plan and implement functional, regression, and end-to-end tests at the UI, API, and database levels.
• Develop, execute, and analyze test runs for the capacity of microservices and performance of key
• Own the test strategy for Dialpad's latest AI Contact Center systems, such as AI Routing, Digital
• Leverage agentic coding tools to generate test cases and build test software.
• Provide detailed failure analysis to facilitate speedy product and test fixes.
• Define the KPIs that matter and communicate results across teams and business stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant software development experience (typically 6+ years), preferably including building test
• Strong programming expertise in any top language, such as Python or Java.
• Strong experience designing and building scalable test automation frameworks.
• Extensive use of AI coding agents for test generation and optimization.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and with teams in different geographies.
