Sr. Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the 6-12 month roadmap for parts of our shared microservices infrastructure, breaking complex
• Translate business needs into robust technical solutions, evaluating implementation options with a
• Drive end-to-end execution for key platform components, including architecture, Terraform
• Solve classes of problems rather than individual issues, driving team-wide process improvements in
• Represent the team in technical design, triage, and on-call rotations, addressing the root causes
• Partner cross-functionally with other product and infrastructure teams to resolve platform

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with distributed systems
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with highly agile and iterative development processes
• Experience mentoring engineers and helping them grow their skills
