Sr. Software Engineer (AI)

📋 Description

• Design and ship AI systems (RAG, agents, LLMs) from prototype to production.
• Make principled prompts vs fine-tuning decisions; explain tradeoffs.
• Instrument and evaluate models; implement guardrails for real-world use.
• Own deployment, monitoring, latency, and cost optimization; ensure reliability.
• Contribute across backend and frontend to ship AI-powered experiences.
• Partner with product/design; stay current on ML research and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered systems (RAG, agents).
• Strong system-design depth: architecture, failure modes, tradeoffs.
• Experience owning quality beyond features; improve shared infra.
• Strong model-evaluation skills: evaluation, guardrails, bias-variance.
• Solid knowledge of transformers and diffusion models; know when to apply.
• Productionize AI: deployment, monitoring, latency and reliability.
