Sr. Software Engineer (Integrations)

📋 Description

• Own the technical design, development, maintenance, and reliability of key native integrations
• Build and enhance integrations with systems such as Zendesk, HubSpot, AthenaHealth, Salesforce
• Lead the delivery of Agentic AI-compatible integrations that help customers automate workflows and
• Write architectural design and specification documents that clearly describe implementation
• Develop backend services, APIs, workers, webhooks, data transfer flows, UI components, and
• Break down larger projects into smaller deliverables and take responsibility for execution

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience owning significant backend, full-stack, platform, or integration systems in production
• Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language, especially Python or JavaScript.
• Experience building integrations, APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems, distributed systems, or
• Strong testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills, especially across distributed systems and
• Experience with OAuth, permission models, API rate limits, webhooks, event delivery, retries
