🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and scaling web-based applications, preferably in a SaaS
• Comfortable working across all levels of the development stack and excel at breaking down complex
• Experience leading technical projects end-to-end—from shaping requirements and architecture through
• Experience with modern Agile software development practices (Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD).
• Strong experience with automated testing and understanding its role in sustainable engineering.
• Language agnostic with deep experience in at least one modern language such as Ruby, Java, or
