📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate the authorization platform
• Improve speed and reliability of permission checks
• Build interfaces, libraries, and tooling for access control
• Lead migration of legacy permissions logic
• Raise technical bar through design and code reviews
• Mentor engineers and partner with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Fluency with AI coding agents
• Depth in Ruby on Rails, Go, or React with TypeScript
• Track record of designing and owning non-trivial Platform systems
