📋 Description

• Regularly interacts with LogicMonitor existing customers to scope implementations, technically
• Act as Edwin AI delivery expert responsible for defining, capturing, and sharing best practices
• Define, develop, build and maintain best practices for Edwin AI deployments; share expertise by
• Ensuring consistent high-quality delivery of Edwin AI across all geographies
• Build and/or oversee accurate estimates for services proposals, including hours effort, timeframe
• Regularly perform post-sales discovery and design of custom solutions with customers (requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science or related field
• 8+ years experience of working as an IT professional supporting one or more domains of IT
• 3+ years experience in one or more programming languages: Python, PowerShell, Java or Groovy
• Advanced knowledge of artificial intelligence, deep learning architectures and algorithms, leading
• Subject matter expertise in one or more IT operations domain(s): Windows/Linux server, networking
• Experience with IT monitoring tools (LM, SolarWinds, Nagios, ScienceLogic, Zenoss, etc.)
