Sr. Solutions Engineer, Ad Data Ingestion

📋 Description

• Own client and partner integrations end to end for Conversion API, Audience API, and pixels.
• Troubleshoot integration issues: data loss, event mismatch, deduplication.
• Scale partner integrations via self-service onboarding patterns.
• Own technical documentation including guides, schemas, and best practices.
• Monitor ingestion health dashboards and drive issue resolutions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to address client feedback and incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of AdTech/MarTech experience in Solutions, Integrations, or Professional Services Engineering.
• 1-3 years with Looker/Datadog/Tableau and hands-on SQL/Hive.
• Deep understanding of Conversion APIs (CAPI) and CAPI gateway patterns: server-side ingestion, dedup, and matching.
• Strong command of JS pixels and browser-based tracking across privacy constraints.
• Fluency with REST APIs, documentation, endpoint testing, and payload/schema issues.
• Strong track record providing technical support for external and internal stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with Engineering to triage and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
