Sr. Sourcing Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute global category strategies and multi-year sourcing plans for technology spend
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing activities, including spend analysis, market research, RFx
• Negotiate and manage enterprise agreements across software, SaaS, cloud, telecom, hardware
• Deliver annual cost savings and total cost of ownership improvements through effective sourcing and
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and Information Security teams to ensure favorable commercial
• Establish and lead supplier relationship management programs, including business reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, including at least 5 years
• Demonstrated experience negotiating enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, telecom, and IT services
• Strong knowledge of technology licensing models, subscription pricing, cloud consumption, and
• Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies that deliver measurable business results
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including total cost of ownership analysis, business case
