Sr. Sourcing Specialist (PCB/PCBA)

📋 Description

• Develop sourcing strategies for assigned categories to minimize risk and achieve key purchasing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to design strategic sourcing
• Communicate, implement, and enforce compliance with established sourcing strategies
• Identify, plan, and execute cost reduction initiatives, including stakeholder coordination
• Conduct advanced quantitative and process analyses to evaluate financial impacts, identify cost
• Partner with stakeholders to establish supplier SLAs and KPIs, then track performance against key

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree; or bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience working in one or more of the
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business needs - up to 50%
• Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
• This position is based in Hawthorne, CA and requires being onsite - remote work not considered
