Sr Specialist - Employee Relations

📋 Description

• Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits with minimal supervision across multiple
• Provide trusted guidance on key jurisdictions and manage clients' requests on HR matters including
• Independently lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees including workforce
• Influence and negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations with multiple stakeholders
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for compliance in offboarding activities and audits
• Draft, tailor and administer termination and supplementary documents ensuring accuracy and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies
• Tertiary qualifications in HR/labour relations/employment law considered a plus
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance
• Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline approaches, and workplace
• Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and solve complex HR issues
• Superior communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills
