Sr Specialist M&A

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic advisor throughout the M&A lifecycle, connecting people-related integration
• Provide subject matter expertise across due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 readiness
• Anticipate business and stakeholder needs, develop proactive recommendations, frame tradeoffs, and
• Help develop and scale People M&A capabilities through repeatable standards, policies
• Lead or coordinate people, organizational, cultural, operational, and HR functional due diligence
• Translate diligence findings into decision-ready insights, mitigation actions, integration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Finance, or a related
• 4–7+ years of relevant professional experience, including direct experience in HR M&A
• Demonstrated success independently leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple
• Strong program and project management capabilities, including experience developing integrated
• Ability to operate independently with limited supervision, exercise sound judgment, solve complex
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish trust, influence without
