Sr. Specialist Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Architect production-level ML & AI workloads on Databricks for customers.
• Guide customers in building end-to-end ML pipelines, training/inference optimization, MLOps and
• Serve as a trusted GenAI practitioner including RAG, agentic systems, tool-calling agents
• Collaborate with product/engineering to capture customer voice and influence the roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical support during technical sales and mentor others in ML on Databricks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ML experience in ML Engineer or AI Engineer roles.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) for production ML, including drift monitoring.
• Knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, fine-tuning, guardrails, and tools like HuggingFace
• Graduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative mindset, passion for learning and driving business value with ML/AI.
