Sr. Staff Applied AI Engineer, GTM

📋 Description

• Assist GTM AI strategy from discovery through delivery by embedding with GTM leaders, RevOps, and
• Build and deploy secure, production-grade AI solutions for revenue teams, designing and shipping
• Run each solution like a product tied to revenue, building monitoring and evaluation frameworks
• Drive adoption and change across the field by partnering with Sales Enablement, GTM Operations, and
• Set the standards that multiply the team, improving and expanding reusable building blocks like

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years working directly on AI
• Direct experience driving both AI strategy and execution for GTM functions (Sales, Marketing
• Hands-on experience across most of the components that make up modern AI solutions, including
• A track record of working directly with GTM leaders on ambiguous problems, running discovery
• Experience securing AI systems and the data they access, including least-privilege access and
• Strong engineering skills with experience deploying and running AI at scale, proficiency in Python
