Sr Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and resilient production infrastructure
• Drive system-wide automated alerting and monitoring strategies for infrastructure and database
• Own the uptime and reliability of large-scale systems, including databases and distributed services.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, Product, Security, and Operations teams to scale and secure
• Enforce security and compliance best practices (e.g., FedRAMP, SOC 2) throughout the SDLC.
• Evaluate and lead proof-of-concept projects for new tools or services that strengthen system

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship (Required)
• 5+ years of experience managing Linux servers in a global, cloud-based environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud services.
• 5+ years of experience with Python and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proven experience managing in production, including troubleshooting cluster performance
• Expertise in large-scale systems operations and database reliability engineering (DBRE).
