Sr. Strategic Insights Manager

📋 Description

• Deliver data-driven solutions that address key business challenges for life sciences clients
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure insights from H1's platform and data sources
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on data and customer business
• Use data to solve complex business challenges, particularly around scientific expert engagement and
• Lead strategic discovery processes to identify client needs and develop custom data-driven solutions
• Deliver bespoke analyses, data visualizations, and insights, offering proactive project ideas

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, preferably in roles related to data
• Proven experience working with clients to deliver data-driven solutions
• Experience working on a cross-functional team, with the ability to speak to engineers and data
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with the clinical trial landscape and expert engagement strategies is a plus
