📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Design Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing) to
• Lead Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) reviews with
• Own the execution of the Quality Maturation Level (QML) roadmap from early prototype builds through
• Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate program schedule risks, including tooling lead
• Drive closed-loop Non-Conformance Management by issuing and managing Supplier Corrective Action
• Monitor ongoing supplier performance and QMS effectiveness through regular on-site process control

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the design and manufacturing of sheet metal parts.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in high-volume sheet metal forming/coating processes (stamping, bending
• Strong understanding of tolerancing and GD&T principles.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Familiarity with sheet metal coatings and finishes (e.g., nickel plating).
