📋 Description

• Evaluate and plan how weather sensing payloads operate, interact and perform on orbit.
• Develop payload architecture and technical designs from concept through launch and operations.
• Define and manage payload requirements, verification plans, and traceability.
• Coordinate payload interfaces with the spacecraft bus and partner teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years developing, integrating, and testing complex space systems, such as satellite payloads or
• Strong knowledge of spacecraft subsystems, payload integration, and performance modeling.
• Experience with system architecture, requirements and interfaces, verification planning, and
• Familiarity with MBSE or similar systems engineering methods.
• Experience conducting system trade studies and managing technical and program risks.
• Familiarity with orbital mechanics, LEO Earth observation constellations, and mission analysis
