📋 Description

• Strategic partnership with HR and senior leaders to identify learning needs.
• Design and maintain learning programs, including eLearning and ILT.
• Align curriculum with business goals and software release cycles.
• Lead end-to-end instructional design life cycle; manage large projects.
• Plan custom off-sites and workshops to support leadership development.
• Monitor learning metrics and drive continuous improvement.
