📋 Description

• Plan: Partner with EM Product and Engineering to turn quarterly and half-year roadmaps into
• Connect the pieces: Track cross-team dependencies for each project across embedded, hardware
• Own end-to-end delivery: Be accountable for each program from kickoff through customer launch and
• Communicate: Maintain a single source of truth for program status, share weekly updates, and report

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with the technical fluency to engage
• Proven track record leading large, ambiguous, multi-team cloud software programs (backend, web
• Bias for action and root-cause problem solving over administrative tracking.
• Strong organization and communication; ability to lead and coach without authority across
• Ability to define and track quality and delivery metrics (for example, escaped defects
• Comfort in a fast-paced, changing environment, building process where little exists.
